About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Construction Site Cleaner at 2170432 ONTARIO INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Waste Management: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse, and empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean and well-maintained facility.
  • Bathroom and Fixture Cleaning: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Weather Conditions: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safe access to the facility.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks in a physically demanding environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Bend, crouch, and kneel to perform cleaning tasks.
  • Weight Handling: Lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) to perform cleaning tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 35 hours per week.
