About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Juniper Health. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' capabilities and expectations related to life activities through observation, interviews, and formal evaluations.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement personalized treatment programs to address clients' needs and goals.
  • Progress Evaluation: Regularly evaluate treatment progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed clinical and progress reports to track client progress and inform treatment decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in occupational therapy is an asset.
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs will be covered by the employer, and we are willing to relocate the right candidate.
