Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Clerk to join our team at Davidson Contract Services. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of parts and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials
  • Identify, label, and catalogue items received
  • Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use
  • Maintain accurate records on inventory control systems
  • Prepare and track work orders
  • Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies
  • Store items in a safe and organized manner
  • Organize inventories using computerized inventory control systems
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Dependability, reliability, and a strong work ethic
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, part-time position with 18 to 20 hours of work per week. Free parking is available on site.

Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
