Key Responsibilities:
  • Help sellers win back their time by removing the hassle of showing their own property
  • Assist buyers with all their buying needs while providing commission rebates
  • Post listings to real estate board's MLS Systems, and to a growing network of real estate advertising websites and partner sites
  • Negotiate offers and complete associated paperwork for sellers
  • Help sellers establish a strategy surrounding their asking price to get top dollar for their property
Qualifications:
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Self-motivation and drive to succeed
  • Proven record of past sales experience (preferred)
