Job Title: Retail Sales Merchandiser

At Molson Coors Beverage Company, we're committed to brewing beverages that unite people to celebrate all life's moments. As a Retail Sales Merchandiser, you'll play a key role in bringing our iconic brands to life in stores across British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and industry associations.
  • Ensure brilliant execution by building rapport and supporting product standards.
  • Install, replace, and update point-of-sale materials according to prior agreements or brand strategy.
  • Set up displays that have been previously negotiated at head office or store level.
  • Ensure Molson products are in full distribution based on store/head office compliance.
  • Check pricing to ensure compliance and correct if necessary.
  • Observe and record competitive activity and report accordingly.
  • Manage shipping and receiving of all point-of-sale materials from Molson Coors warehouse.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree, preferably in Marketing or Business.
  • 1-2 years of merchandising or sales experience in the Molson organization or other consumer packaged goods organization.
  • Valid provincial driver's license in good standing with no limitations/restrictions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
