Senior Care Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Millcroft Care Home in Redditch. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional care to residents, promoting independence and dignity
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents with medication management and administration
  • Participate in care planning and implementation, ensuring individualized care plans are met
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
