About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and submit detailed reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics to inform business decisions.

Equipment Maintenance

Ensure that all computer equipment and machinery are properly maintained and functioning optimally to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Training and Development

Train and develop our team members in their duties and policies to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Work Coordination

Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required standard.

Procurement and Supply Chain Management

Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support our operations.

Operational Planning

Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize our operational efficiency and productivity.

Logistics and Operations Management

Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our organization to ensure that we are meeting our business objectives.

Work Environment

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
