About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Truck Shop Foreman/Mechanic to oversee the repair and maintenance of our fleet vehicles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide staff members in Fleet Maintenance to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Prioritize work orders and assign tasks to shop staff to meet deadlines.
  • Monitor and maintain vehicle records and repair data in our fleet management software.
  • Lead by example and promote a culture of excellence and safety within the team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of industry-related experience.
  • CITT industry certification considered an asset.
  • Completion of college/vocational school or technical training.
  • Class A Mechanic's License preferred.
  • Red Seal Certification preferred.
  • Level 3 apprentice or higher.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
