Job Title: Street Outreach Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Street Outreach Worker to join our team at Family Services of Greater Vancouver. As a key member of our outreach team, you will work closely with clients to provide support and connect them with essential services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide education and support to clients on various topics, including health and wellness, employment, and life skills.
  • Conduct outreach and engagement activities in the community to connect with clients and promote our services.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track client progress and service delivery.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in outreach and engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
