Job Title: Finance Vice-President

Star Logistics Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Finance Vice-President to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring the effective allocation of resources, and driving strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintenance of financial records.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, and external partners, such as suppliers and customers.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive revenue growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in a logistics or transportation industry.
  • Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent leadership and management abilities, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
