We are seeking a talented and passionate Botanist Host to join our team at Fairmont Pacific Rim. As an ambassador of exceptional service, you will be responsible for providing warm and personalized attention to our guests, making them feel unique and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently offer a professional and friendly greeting to guests
- Follow up with guest inquiries and provide timely responses
- Assist guests with food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
- Ensure all safety and sanitation policies are followed when handling food and beverage
