Medical Geneticist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Geneticist to join our team at The Hospital for Sick Children. As a Medical Geneticist, you will play a critical role in conducting medical research on human disorders, illnesses, and preventive or curative methods.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct medical research on human disorders, illnesses, and preventive or curative methods
- Prepare research papers for publication and presentation
- Study the nature, cause, and development of diseases and the structural and functional changes caused by diseases
- Act as consultants to other physicians
- Order laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures
- Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry
- 5 years or more of experience
- Or equivalent experience
This is a permanent position in a hospital setting, with a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines. You will work under pressure and be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform repetitive tasks.
