Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of due diligence searches

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Financial Services or Transactional Law Clerk capacity
  • Completion of a recognized Law Clerk program
  • Understanding of PPSA and UCC regulations
  • Membership with the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and other legal software
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to make informed decisions and collaborate effectively within a team
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented
