Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Royal Construction & Renovation Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, supervising workers, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to complete projects successfully.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals, to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required standard.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure a safe working environment for all employees and subcontractors, and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Materials and Equipment: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, and ensure they are delivered to the site on time.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
