Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth within a designated sales territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize market penetration and client satisfaction.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients across various industries.
  • Present our comprehensive range of consulting services to a diverse clientele, effectively communicating their value proposition.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, fostering trust and loyalty to secure repeat business.
  • Conduct in-person client meetings to build rapport, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of exceptional client service.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand our professional network.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of the engineering, construction, or property damage assessment sectors.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
