The Role: Embedded Software Developer

As an Embedded Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions for our advanced hearing aid devices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of software into our innovative products.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise in microcontroller development for hearing aid applications.
  • Design and implement robust, efficient, and reliable embedded software solutions.
  • Create comprehensive design documentation to ensure clear communication of requirements and implementation details.
  • Conduct thorough verification and validation testing to guarantee the quality and functionality of software systems.
  • Troubleshoot software and system issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with Software Quality Assurance and Electroacoustic teams to contribute to test case development and ensure comprehensive product testing.
  • Adhere to established coding standards and best practices, actively participating in code reviews to maintain high software quality.
  • Implement version control procedures and adhere to source code archiving standards to ensure a controlled and efficient software development process.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in embedded software development is highly desirable.
