Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Red Fin Sushi & K-Food. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring seamless food preparation and delivery
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure efficient meal preparation
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Supervise the delivery of food trolleys and ensure timely service
- Establish and maintain a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and dependability
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Client focus, team player, and dependability
