Vacheron Constantin is a leading luxury watch manufacturer with a rich history and commitment to excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Associate.

Job Summary

The Sales Associate will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of luxury retail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve and/or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a unique client experience
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Vacheron Constantin products and services
  • Assist with daily boutique operations, including setup and breakdown, merchandising, and quality control
  • Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment
  • General knowledge of timepiece movements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment
  • Computer and internet savvy
  • MS Office experience required, SAP knowledge preferred
