Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and coordinate the activities of our sales team to ensure optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Authorize Payments and Returns: Process customer transactions and authorize returns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and minimize waste.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cashiers and sales team members to ensure a high level of customer service and sales performance.
As a Head Cashier at Lina's Italian Mercato, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth. You will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1-2 Years of Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills are essential for this role.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively is critical for success in this position.
