Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and define the types of services to be provided, ensuring operational procedures are effectively implemented.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff to foster professional growth.
  • Manage product and service costs to maintain profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with provincial/territorial liquor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee inventory management to guarantee availability of supplies.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards within the workplace.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers for food and other necessary items.
  • Engage with clients regarding catering services and facility usage.
