As a dedicated Family Physician, you will be responsible for delivering patient-centered primary care to a defined group of patients. Your role will encompass health promotion, disease prevention, and rehabilitative services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide thorough assessments and screenings, utilizing your expertise and adherence to evidence-based practices. Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to evaluate and enhance patients' physical and mental well-being, including referrals to specialized care and additional on-site services. Engage as a vital member of an interdisciplinary team, fostering respect and cooperation. Experience in pediatrics, adult medicine, geriatric care, and refugee health programs is advantageous. Maintain professionalism and ethical standards while working independently. Participate in the clinic's on-call schedule as required. Exhibit exceptional communication skills, effectively conveying medical information to patients with empathy and understanding. Serve a diverse patient population, particularly newcomers and refugees.Qualifications
Must possess a valid medical license. Certification in relevant specialties is considered an asset. Current medical coverage is required. Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills. Proficient computer skills are essential. Demonstrate exemplary teamwork with both staff and patients. Provide coverage for colleagues during absences. Previous experience in a primary care or family medicine setting is beneficial. Commitment to ongoing medical education and certification maintenance. Hospital privileges in the relevant district are required.About Us
