About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Servicer to join our team at NEBULA APPLIANCES INC. As an Appliance Servicer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical appliances and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Repair Electrical Appliances: Conduct voltage, resistance, and other tests using electrical test equipment to identify faults and repair or replace faulty components.
  • Prepare Estimates and Advise Customers: Prepare written estimates of repair costs and advise customers on work performed and the condition of their equipment.
  • Use Specialized Equipment and Diagnostic Tools: Utilize shop equipment and specialized diagnostic and programming apparatus to repair, adjust, and reprogram appliances.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Work in an urban area with public transportation available, and be able to work efficiently in a team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and a team player.
