Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Elementary Teacher to fill a Learning Resource position at St. Basil's Catholic School in White River, ON.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach elementary students in a dynamic and supportive learning environment
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless student transitions and progress
  • Provide individualized support to students with varying needs

Requirements:

  • Primary, Junior, and Intermediate Division qualifications (OCT)
  • Special Education, Part 1 qualifications (OCT)
  • Preferred qualifications: Religious Education in Catholic Schools, Part 1 (OCT) and Special Education, Specialist (OCT)
  • Non-certified teachers: prior teaching and/or training experience in a classroom setting, Bachelor's degree, and/or pursuing BEd
