Job Title: Mechanic Helper

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic Helper to join our team at A Class Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd. As a Mechanic Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our repair services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist mechanics with daily tasks, including moving tools and equipment, holding stakes during surveying activities, and signaling safety procedures to other workers and the general public.
  • Help tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas, maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in a dusty environment.
  • Flexibility, organized, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Will train on the job, with a focus on repair and maintenance tasks.
