Position Overview

As a Building Operations Supervisor at NRG Clean Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property services. Your expertise will be vital in managing various aspects of building maintenance and client relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Prepare and oversee contracts related to property services, including maintenance agreements.
  • Project Coordination: Facilitate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track the progress and costs associated with work being conducted for property owners.
  • Record Keeping: Compile and maintain detailed records on operating expenses and income to ensure financial transparency.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive expense and income reports for management review.
  • Client Relations: Ensure prompt responses to service requests from clients or tenants, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in property management or a related field.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
