Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee, troubleshoot, and manage local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe systems, and associated computer workstations and peripherals.
  2. Assess and implement computer hardware, networking software, and operating system solutions.
  3. Deliver technical support and problem resolution for network users.
  4. Establish and enforce data, software, and hardware security protocols.
  5. Conduct routine network startups and shutdowns while maintaining accurate control records.
  6. Execute data backup procedures and disaster recovery strategies.
  7. Configure local area networks and establish Internet connectivity.
  8. Utilize network traffic and security monitoring tools to enhance server performance.
  9. Lead and mentor a technical team of 3-4 members.
