Creative Director
**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to join our team at St. Paul's Leaskdale Church. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies that align with our church's mission and values.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute creative plans for various media channels, including online and offline platforms
* Collaborate with our team to create engaging and impactful content that inspires and equips our community
* Provide guidance and support to volunteers and staff to help them use their creative gifts effectively
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our creative work is innovative and effective
**Requirements**
* 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative strategies
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Strong understanding of digital media and online platforms
