Job Overview

  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the construction industry
Work Environment
  • Setting: Involves working in construction, both commercial and residential sectors
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare production and other reports to track project progress
  • Supervise construction workers and manage project activities
  • Coordinate and schedule various construction tasks
  • Recruit, hire, and manage staffing needs
  • Estimate project costs and required materials
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Establish effective methods to meet work schedules
  • Interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Supervision

Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 workers.

Transportation Requirements

Must have access to a personal vehicle for travel to various job sites.
