Cuso International is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Global Development Professional. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our partners around the world to advance gender equality and social inclusion, improve economic resilience, and deliver progress on climate action.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and implementation of global development projects that align with Cuso International's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with our partners to identify and address the needs of marginalized communities, particularly women and girls.
- Provide technical assistance and capacity building to our partners to enhance their ability to deliver inclusive and sustainable development initiatives.
- Support the development of partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders, including governments, civil society organizations, and the private sector.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge products, including reports, briefs, and case studies, to share best practices and lessons learned.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as international development, global health, or social sciences.
- At least 2 years of experience in global development, international cooperation, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a second language.
