Job Title: Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Dhanda & Company Chartered Accountant Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for managing accounts payable, preparing bank reconciliations, and performing various clerical duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices and payments
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records
  • Perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Assist with budgeting and payroll preparation
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Work Environment:

The Accounting Clerk will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
