Reporting directly to the Sous Chef, you will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace while contributing positively to the team dynamic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and storage of food items daily to prevent spoilage.
  • Adhere strictly to recipe guidelines to ensure consistency in flavor and portion sizes.
  • Prepare adequate quantities of food to meet operational demands.
  • Verify that all items leaving the kitchen are accurately accounted for.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and taste in every dish.
  • Take pride in each dish as if serving it to your own family.
  • Foster a lively and enjoyable atmosphere to enhance the guest experience.
  • Capable of handling various hot stations within the kitchen.
  • Continuously seek to improve personal culinary skills.

Qualifications:
