SALES ADVISOR - USED VEHICLES JOB AT MAZDA DE LAVAL

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team at Mazda de Laval. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and selling used vehicles to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Follow-up: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Vehicle Delivery and Explanation: Provide detailed explanations of the vehicles sold, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Follow-up of Potential Clients: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Web Requests Follow-up: Respond to online inquiries and follow up with potential clients to convert them into sales.
  • Lease Renewal: Assist customers with lease renewal and provide guidance on their options.
  • New Vehicle Sales: Sell new vehicles to customers, ensuring they meet their needs and preferences.
  • Pre-owned Vehicle Sales: Sell pre-owned vehicles to customers, highlighting their condition and features.
  • Telephone and Email Solicitation: Engage with customers through phone and email to promote our vehicles and services.

Work Environment:

Our Sales Advisor will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a team environment, and have a strong understanding of our products and services.
