Position Overview

We Must is seeking a dedicated Graphic Designer to enhance our visual communication efforts. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at producing high-quality graphic materials.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all phases of production for print, audio-visual, or digital materials.
  • Engage with clients to define the overall aesthetic, graphic components, and content of communication materials.
  • Identify the most suitable medium to achieve the desired visual impact and effective communication.
  • Create graphic elements that align with client objectives.
  • Draft sketches, layouts, and graphic components.
  • Utilize existing photo and illustration resources along with typography references.
Security and Safety
  • Basic security clearance is required.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
