Casual Bus Driver Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Casual Bus Driver to join our team at the Good Spirit School Division No. 204. As a Casual Bus Driver, you will be responsible for transporting students safely and efficiently to and from school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a safe and positive environment for students during transportation.
  • Ensure student transportation is provided with due regard for safety, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Provide supervision of students during transit and assist in supervision during boarding and unloading.
  • Keep students on the bus until regular school supervision is provided.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal or Transportation Manager.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Grade 10 Education or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license with "S" endorsement.
  • Clean drivers abstract.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
