Bell is seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Advisor to join our Consumer and Small Business team. As a key member of the Neighborhood Marketing Team, you will play a critical role in territory deployment, analytics, reporting, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of a strategic data analytics practice
  • Work with territory and campaign data to derive insights and investigate complex business problems
  • Analyze and evaluate territory and channel performance metrics
  • Effectively communicate results analysis and channel reporting to various stakeholders
  • Participate in the development, improvement, and implementation of new processes and initiatives to drive activity and incremental channel growth
Critical Qualifications
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be highly creative in formulating solutions
  • Experience in data visualization with proficiency in tools such as Tableau
  • Effective process/project management skills and the ability to navigate and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects through effective prioritization
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
  • Proficiency in programming languages including SAS, SQL (Teradata), etc.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and services, such as AWS or Google
