Job Title: Childcare Provider

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Childcare Provider to join our team at JIANGLAN ZHOU. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by parents and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with them
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, and encourage their physical and emotional growth
  • Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, and maintain confidentiality
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children, and ensure their safety and well-being
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, and ensure children's dietary needs are met
  • Supervise and care for children, and respond to their needs in a timely and effective manner
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments, and ensure their transportation needs are met
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, and provide a nurturing and supportive environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a non-smoking environment and maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Ability to work in an urban area and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with children and parents
  • Ability to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to children's needs in a timely and effective manner
