Source Energy Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Terminal Operator to join our team. As a Terminal Operator, you will be responsible for loading and unloading frac sand and other bulk materials, ensuring accurate record-keeping and inventory tracking, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading frac sand and other bulk materials from trucks and railcars
  • Weighing and tracking inventory to ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Maintaining equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
  • Coordinating with other work crews and teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensuring compliance with provincial and federal laws and regulations
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a field environment requiring strict adherence to operational procedures and safety regulations
  • Valid First Aid ticket
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain a mutually respectful work culture
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug, alcohol, and fit suitability testing
