ROLE OVERVIEW
In the capacity of Senior Project Developer at Eventscape, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Engaging with clients to capture and comprehend their vision, proactively addressing design challenges.
  2. Collaborating with our skilled fabrication and design teams to formulate accurate timelines and budgets.
  3. Creating comprehensive proposals for diverse procurement models, including ROM, stipulated price, design-assist, and design-build.
  4. Calculating project expenses, factoring in materials, labor, design, logistics, and installation.
  5. Articulating complex fabrication solutions through 3D illustrations, descriptions, and diagrams.
  6. Influencing project outcomes by devising robust, buildable strategies and selecting appropriate materials and processes.
  7. Reviewing bid documents to ensure proposals are precise and complete.
  8. Establishing strong relationships with material suppliers and service partners.
  9. Mentoring junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  10. Continuously enhancing project development and estimating processes to promote greater efficiency and accuracy.
  11. Remaining engaged post-award to ensure the client's vision is realized and participating in post-project evaluations.
  12. Monitoring industry advancements to drive ongoing improvement and innovation.
YOUR PROFILE
To thrive in this position, you should possess:
  • A passion for innovation, creativity, and avant-garde design.
  • The capability to navigate intricate processes and translate concepts into tangible solutions.
  • Over 10 years of experience in relevant architecture, engineering, and construction roles.
  • Relevant educational background in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in Rhino, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Excel.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to effectively manage teams.
  • Experience in design development for complex architectural endeavors.
  • Practical knowledge in estimating, construction tendering, and procurement.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients, internal teams, and vendors.
  • Outstanding graphic and written communication abilities.
  • A bold approach to problem-solving, driven by research, resourcefulness, and innovative thinking.
