Job Summary:
Stream-Flo Industries Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing wellhead equipment, as well as providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain wellhead equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with sales and customer relations teams to identify and address customer needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of industry-related experience, preferably in wellhead installation and maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge and skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Valid Class 1, 3, or 5 driver's license, with a clean driving record.
- Ability to travel to customer sites, as required.
- Knowledge of wellhead products and industry regulations, with a strong commitment to safety and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of thermal wellhead experience and folding boom truck crane operation.
- CSO training and certification.
- First aid and H2S training.
