About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper at ECW Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
    • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
    • Place dishes in storage areas and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
    • Empty trash and recyclables, and maintain a clean and tidy kitchen area.
  • Inventory Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Team Support
    • Assist other kitchen staff members as needed to ensure efficient service.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience
