As an Implementation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients with the adoption of service mesh technologies. Your responsibilities will include deploying our solutions, facilitating upgrades, and onboarding applications, all while ensuring our customers are set up for success.

  • Possess experience with Kubernetes and relevant certifications (CNCF CKA(D) or similar).
  • Have a strong understanding of networking concepts; familiarity with Istio is advantageous.
  • Hold formal or semi-formal education in Computer Science or distributed systems.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate experience in building cloud architectures with providers such as AWS or GCP, particularly in Compute and Networking.
  • Be knowledgeable about service mesh technologies like Istio and Envoy.
  • Understand DevOps practices, systems administration, APM, and microservices design.
  • Possess coding and scripting abilities, with a solid grasp of technical product offerings.

Experience in contributing to open-source projects and working in distributed environments is a plus.

Location: Remote opportunities available across the USA and Canada.
