Job Overview

The Content Creation Technology Group at Ubisoft is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Programmer to contribute to the development of applications in the domains of Generative AI and ML bots. As a key member of our team, you will bring best practices and design principles to assist us in delivering our ambitious roadmap.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop machine learning systems and schemes based on business requirements and objectives.
  • Write ML algorithms and train models.
  • Create tools to support and integrate ML models inside a multi-process pipeline.
  • Identify, prepare, and analyze data for training and testing purposes.
  • Conduct experiments, perform statistical analysis, and fine-tune models.
  • Enhance existing machine learning libraries and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with data science team, research team, and other stakeholders.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Create proof of concepts that require model training, fine-tuning, experimenting with different techniques and models.
  • Optimize existing models and solutions for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Adapt and improve models' usage, facilitate tools usage, and adapt these to users' needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements.
  • Document, present, and share knowledge to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical collaborators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent. Master's in AI or Machine Learning is an asset.

Relevant Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in AI/ML.

Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of Machine Learning and deep learning fundamentals.
  • Proficient in Python and experience with libraries and frameworks such as PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, FastAPI.
  • Good knowledge of cloud-based platforms is an asset.
  • Good knowledge of Database products is an asset.
