Welldone Mechanical Services is a leading provider of exceptional HVAC service in Saskatoon.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC and refrigeration systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
  • Install and retrofit equipment as per specifications, customer requests, and building codes.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by inspecting product quality and installation.
  • Document service and installation actions by completing work orders, reports, and records.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain company vehicles to neat, clean, and safe standards.
  • Provide exceptional account servicing, including analyzing work orders, investigating complaints, and resolving issues professionally.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Journeyman Technician or equivalent experience.
  • Commercial and Industrial HVAC service experience.
  • Routine maintenance experience.
  • In-depth understanding of local plumbing codes and regulations.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to engage with individuals sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally.
