Fruit Farm Worker Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Fruit Farm Worker to join our team at W J Neufeld Farms Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily farm operations, including harvesting and packing fruit.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and productivity standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
  • Perform manual labor tasks, such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Previous experience in agriculture or a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
