Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Small Engine and Tool Mechanic to join our team. This role will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment in the safest and most effective way possible, minimizing downtime and ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on small engines, tools, and equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using hydraulic and electrical systems knowledge
  • Work with a variety of makes and models of equipment, including aerial work platforms, general construction tools, and specialty lines equipment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective equipment operation

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or equivalent training desired
  • 1-3 years of experience in mechanic work, preferably with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty lines equipment
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, as well as troubleshooting fundamentals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
