Poultry Farm Labourer

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team at Marand Farms Ltd as a Poultry Farm Worker. As a key member of our farm team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of our poultry flock.
Key Responsibilities- Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas
- Disinfect pens, barns or poultry houses to maintain a clean and safe environment for the animals
- Monitor animal health and detect any signs of disease or health problems
- Perform livestock feeding and ensure the animals have access to clean water and food
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to support the efficient running of the farm
- Carry out pasture or pen breeding programs to optimize animal production
- Clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock and poultry
- Set and monitor water lines, air flow and temperature in barns, pens and chicken coops
