Job Title: Nanny

We are seeking a reliable and caring Nanny to join our team at Michael Hale. As a Nanny, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and attention to children in a home setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional care and supervision to children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for children, taking into account any dietary restrictions or allergies.
  • Establish a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all necessary safety protocols.
  • Engage children in various activities, such as games, outings, and educational pursuits, to promote their cognitive and social development.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, health information, and any notable events.
  • Collaborate with parents to understand their expectations and preferences, ensuring a seamless and harmonious working relationship.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and perform other tasks as required.
  • Availability to work 30-40 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Food allergy and anaphylaxis training.
  • CPR Certificate.
  • Experience working with children with special needs.
