Job Title: Wealth Associate

Join National Bank as a Wealth Associate and contribute to the success of our clients by providing exceptional customer service and support to investment advisors.

Your Role:
  • Support investment advisors in delivering superior customer service and meeting client requests.
  • Carry out routine operations related to financial transactions, including purchases and sales of securities, and necessary transaction adjustments.
  • Manage client files, including deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions, and ensure diligent follow-up.
  • Analyze and update client files, and produce portfolio management reports.
  • Administer client files, including managing agendas, scheduling appointments, and preparing client meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
Your Team:

National Bank Financial – Wealth Management is a leading mutual funds brokerage firm in Canada, with close to 1,000 investment advisors managing the assets of over 400,000 clients in about 100 branches.

As a Wealth Associate, you will team up with an investment advisor to offer an exceptional client experience, collaborating and partnering to achieve success.

Requirements:
  • Completed college and/or university diploma in a related field.
  • Two years of relevant experience in the banking, insurance, and/or financial industry.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Conduct and Practices Handbook Course.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Organizational and priority management skills.
  • Autonomous, dynamic, and meticulous.
