About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CAD Technician to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a CAD Technician, you will play a crucial role in creating and editing technical drawings and designs for our engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and edit technical drawings and designs using computer-aided design software
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed designs and drawings
  • Collaborate with engineers and production specialists to ensure designs meet project requirements
  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Complete documentation packages and drawing sets
  • Examine drawings for conformity and errors
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education in a related field
  • Will train on the job
  • Strong understanding of CAD software and design principles
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
