Job Title: Family Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Specialist to join our team at Dr. Odetola Professional Corporation.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting medical examinations, and developing treatment plans to promote health and wellness. They will also work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze medical information from patients, family members, and other medical professionals
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to promote health and wellness
  • Conduct medical examinations and order diagnostic tests as needed
  • Prescribe and administer medications and treatments
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in health care policy and planning
  • Advise patients on health care and provide education on healthy habits
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance on patient care
  • Be the patient advocate and ensure patient-centered care
  • Co-ordinate or manage primary patient care
  • Provide acute care management and counseling
Requirements:
  • Medical degree from a recognized institution
  • Current licensure to practice medicine in Canada
  • Experience in family medicine or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments
